Step 1. Place your order
Once you like something and wish to make a purchase,
1) Simply drop us an email at vintagelavie@gmail.com with the item number and name. Please note that deadbuyers will be blacklisted!
2) We will send you an invoice within 24 hours if the item you're interested in is still available.
Step 2. Make payment easily
Once we've sent you an invoice, your item will be reserved for 24 hours. Payment must be in within that timeframe, you can pay either through
1) POSB/UOB Funds Transfer - Internet Banking preferred & strongly encouraged
OR
2) Interbank Transfer
Non-internet transfers over ATM must be accompanied with a snapshot (no scans allowed) of your transaction receipt. Vintage LAVIE reserve all rights to reject any orders without the snapshot. No refunds will be made as well.
Items not paid for within the reservation period will be released for sale, without notification.
Step 3. Receive your goods!
Upon receiving your payment, your item will be mailed within 3 working days.
Prices are inclusive of normail mailing via Singpost. If you wish to opt for registered services, please add $2.50 on top of the listed item price. If you wish to send your parcel overseas, please state in your email and we'll advise the shipping charges accordingly.
Vintage LA VIE will not be responsible for any lost mail sent via normal mail. Hence, registered services are encouraged! :)

- Vintage LA VIE will not be held responsible for lost parcels / damaged mailed-out items should you not opt for registered mail.
- Vintage LA VIE do not do reservations of items; receiving an invoice from us will allow reservation of the item for 24hrs, and payment must be made within this timeframe to secure your purchase.
- Prices are non negotiable. (Prices are already discounted. Such authentic vintage wear norm. cost more S$120 per pc.)
- Items sold are non-refundable nor exchangable.
