I chanced upon this dress while doing my weekend online shopping on ASOS & I fall in love with it immediately!
I'm still counting if I have enough excuses not to buy it... isn't it a good steal? Where can you find such a cute frock with so many constrasting prints for this summer? It's made of silk, and it's so lightweight & fluid... don't you agree that this is just perfect for the tropical season?! It is definitely going to make you look fun and cheery and most of all it can take you to work, play and a getaway!!!
okay.. i do not have a red bucket bag, neither do I have a pair of white wedges...
I donot have room for another dress in my closet mother's closet...

Vintage LA VIE is set up to spread the love and passion of vintage fashion. We source and collect every beautiful thing from the 50s, 60s, 70s, and the 80s and we enjoy every bit of it.
Time flies, it's April now and we are officially 4 months old! We would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to all of you for giving us your support all this while :)
Thanks to all vintage lovers, now, the vintage trend is back! If you happen to shop at Topshop, Miss Selfridge, Mango, Zara etc., you can now find pleats, circle skirts, polka dots, bright accents, clashing style...... let us come straight to the point, these are fun and wacky everyday wear that is far from boring.

Cash donations at the Singapore Red Cross at 15 Penang Lane from Mondays to Fridays from 9.30am to 9pm, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 9.30am to 6pm.
Cheque donations made payable to the 'Singapore Red Cross Society' and sent to the Singapore Red Cross at 15 Penang Lane, Singapore 238486. You should indicate at the back of the cheque the following: Japan Disaster 2011, the name of the donor, contact number and address.
SMS donations by text messaging 75772. For every message, $50 will be donated to the fund. Each SMS carries a charge of 30 cents.

Pheeew~ The photoshoot for our Valentines' Day Launch was delayed due to some personal reasons and we thought we couldn't make it on time. Thanks to all our dear friends who offered to help out.
Last week was a total blast! We've got a few dinner treats and parties and most of all, having quality time with our loved ones. :) everything was great!
Jessica is utterly sweet, she sends over a picture of her favourite vintage frock from Vintage LA VIE and tells me how much she is loving this dress :)
She looks stunning, doesn't she?

The start of the Bunny Year brings us a "parcel" of surprise and joy!!! Our order of another 2 dresses from the supplier arrived at our doorstep yesterday (which was totally unexpected, because of the CNY occasion)! They are so soooo beautiful that we simply can't wait to show them to you! And we have decided to add them to "My mother's dress" collection because they are selected by our beloved mother.

YAY!!!, it's Chinese New Year again! Vintage LA VIE has drafted out her new year resolution with many new hopes and dreams. For you ladies, we have plans to bring in more beautiful frocks and not only that, we are going to source for inexpensive beautiful accessories for you to play around with your daily outfits, from the modern dresscodes to our favourite vintage ones! A piece of good news to share, we are now experimenting with a wide range of scarves: colours, fabric, texture, designs and patterns!
